Generate Application Summary

This section guides you through the process of generating application summaries of Health Product Applications (HPA).

Step 1: Locate the Application Summary Admin page

  1. Log in to the SAHPRA portal.
  2. You will be directed to the Applications Dashboard.

Step 2: Fill in Generate a Summary

  • You can either generate a summary for a single desired application, or you can generate application summaries for all your applications

Single Application

  • Search for your application using the Application ID.
  • Note: You can only search for an application with the Application ID here

Search Application
  • Click on the Generate and Open button
  • Your application summary should now be generated and visible on the web browser
  • Note: Please ensure that you Allow Pop-ups for the website, otherwise you will not be able to view your generated application summary

All applications

  • You can generate a summary for all your applications at once
  • Click on the Generate & Send All button in the top right corner
  • Note: Please be patient and wait on this page after clicking on this button, as it takes up to 5 minutes to generate all the summaries if you have a lot of applications
  • When all the summaries has been generated, you will see a All summaries generated and sent notification at the bottom of the screen

Summaries generated
  • An Email will be sent to you with a zip file containing all your summaries, which you can download
