HPA Grouped Variation Approval

Overview

This section guides you through the use of the HPA Grouped Variation Approval system, including approving a grouped variation

Approve a Grouped Variation

1. Log in to the SAHPRA portal.

2. Click on the Grouped Approved Products navigation in the left sidebar.

   • Here you will see a list of all the grouped variations that are created on the portal.
   • The Approval Status column will indicate the status of the grouped variation.

3. Click on the View button next to the grouped variation you wish to approve.

   • This will open the Motivation Letter for the grouped variation uploaded by the applicant.

4. Approve or Reject the grouped variation.

   • Once you have reviewed the motivation letter, click on the Approve or Reject button under the Action column to approve or reject the grouped variation.
   • A notification will be sent to the applicant to inform them of the approval or rejection of the grouped variation.
   • The Approval Status column will be updated to reflect the status of the grouped variation.
